Hi! I offer your pet a home just like the one they are accustomed to, making their transition as easy as possible. I have been working with all varieties of pets for countless years, giving me the skills to understand your pets needs, wants, and even troubleshoot those difficult times when your pet requires a little more help. I am intuitive and extremely empathetic which helps me better understand your pet and make your pets visit not only comfortable, but a happy experience they will want to return to over and over. Leaving your pet can be a difficult time for any pet parent, so I am here to listen to you and the needs of your pet. I offer the best care possible to assure you that your pets care is my priority. Pets are family with me and my home is their home. I offer an indoor or outdoor environment, whichever you prefer. I have a fenced in area bordering the national forest and backing to Shasta Lake. A pets paradise! Long walks, cozy sofas and beds are just the beginning of pampering your pet! We had a wonderful experience! Shawna took great care of our pets while we were away, kept us updated with photos and messages, and gave us so much peace of mind. It was obvious our pets were well cared for and comfortable. We would absolutely book with her again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable, caring pet sitter.
She took care of our kitten over the Fourth of July weekend, and our kitten came home, healthy, happy and doing well. She was easy to communicate with and sent updates and pictures while our kitten was there. We appreciate the care she provided and grateful she was available during the busy holiday weekend.
Shawna was AMAZING with Storm !! Storm can be shy around new people at first but Shawna made her feel so comfortable. I could tell by all the photos Storm was SOO happy and loved on. She really cares about the dogs she takes care of and loves them as her own while the parents are away. I would absolutely book with Shawna again!

Shawna was the perfect sitter for Ollie! She had great communication, sent lots of cute pictures, and took great care of my dog while I was away for 2 weeks. I felt at ease while I was away knowing my dog was in great hands! I’ll definitely be having her watch over Ollie whenever I need in the future, thank you again!!

I have both a fenced in yard and can provide indoor home-living for your pet. In the serene environment of the Shasta National Forest and steps to Shasta Lake, this turns any pets stay into a pet vacay! If care is needed in your home, feel confident your pets needs will be met through scheduled visits and walks met with a happy loving face to put your pet a ease.
Pets
A typical day
Our dogs love taking walks through the neighborhood and down our wooded trail to the lake. Dogs can get their feet wet at the lake while we play some doggy games. Our cats enjoy lounging throughout the home and playing with kitty toys alone or with their human companion. We offer a quiet space away from others for those pets that may be a little shy and uncomfortable around new pets.
