I’ve been on Rover for a while now (check the stats!) and I’ve seen it all while also owning my own 12-year-old cat, Sue and growing up with family pets. I’m a total sucker for the little details—meds, specific feeding times, or favorite toys—to make sure your pet feels 100% safe and at home with me. I keep things chill, safe, and tailored to whatever your pet needs to stay happy.

Shawn took great care of Zeus and I felt very comfortable leaving Zeus with him. He was communicative, attentive, and sent updates during the stay, which I really appreciated. Zeus came home happy and well cared for, and I’m very grateful for Shawn’s kindness.
Shawn was so amazing! He communicated with us daily, was great at accommodating the meds and walking restrictions of our older pup. We will definitely be using his services again!

Schedule
I work from home, so your pet becomes my 'coworker' for the day. I hit Curtis Park three times a day for walks regardless—it’s just way more fun with a dog tagging along. Since I’m home base, your pet gets constant company and plenty of breaks.

Safety, trust & environment
IMPORTANT: I have a 12-year-old cat, Sue. He’s cool with dogs, but he definitely runs the show. To make sure everyone’s vibe meshes, a quick Meet & Greet at my place is a must before we lock anything in. Outside of that... I’m in a pet-friendly 1-bedroom with a turf yard for quick breaks and all the essentials (bowls, poo bags, spare leads) ready to go. Just bring your pup’s bed/blanket and food, and I’ll handle the rest!

A typical day
A typical day is basically just 'living the life.' Between our park walks, it’s a lot of lounging, hallway play, and hanging out by my desk while I work. It’s a low-key, indoor/outdoor balance where your pet just gets to be part of the crew.
