A brief meet & greet is necessary before the date/time of service for all new clientele, especially if you are going to be away from home during the scheduled date/time of services. My mother and I went on a trip before, and by the time we came home, the cats were all around still, and we were glad to have Shawn around checking on them during those days! It’s recommended that you ask her because she’ll always be there for your pets.
