I grew up with two funny little dogs, Kiwi (a Peekapoo) and Tegan (a Bichon Frisé), whom my mom and I trained from puppies. I’m now the proud cat mom to an orange tabby named Ari! I’m calm, patient, loving, and consistent with animals. I also have experience caring for a senior dog who required daily medication by injection, and I’m happy to provide that same gentle, attentive care for your pets if needed. Whether your pet loves to play, explore, or simply curl up for cuddles, I’m happy to follow their lead and make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved while you’re away. :) I have a flexible schedule, so your pet will receive plenty of attention and companionship!

Every pet is unique, so I always begin by following the owner’s instructions and learning their routine. I make sure they have fresh food and water, plenty of potty breaks or a clean litter box, exercise and playtime, and lots of love and attention. I also pay close attention to their behavior to make sure they seem happy, comfortable, and healthy. If medications are needed, I’m happy to administer them as directed. Before I leave, I’ll make sure your pet is settled and I’ll send you an update with photos so you can have peace of mind while you’re away.

We had such a wonderful experience with Shawn. I contacted her spur of the moment for a trip we wanted to take and she could not have been more accommodating. She was so kind and loving to all of our kitties. She sent us lovely photos of them while she was there for her visits. I am so glad to have met her. We will definitely be using her in the future!! Not only is Shawn incredible with animals, she's also an amazing person to be around. We are trying to utilize Rover to make some ends meet while we take care of some medical things. Taking care of animals is definitely a calling for Shawn, she treats animals like humans with kindness and respect.
Shawn is an incredible and loving cat mom who goes above and beyond for the animals — and people — in her life! She has cared for my cats numerous times while I have been away and she not only tends to their food and litter needs, but she showers them with love and affection as well. My cats and my dog get excited when Aunt Shawn walks through our door! She treats them like her own, and her own cat Ari is so cared for and loving. Shawn has so much empathy and kindness and would make a great sitter for any pet.

Programa
I have a flexible schedule and am often available for same-day bookings! Starting in August every Thursday, I will nanny for a wonderful five-month-old baby while also caring for her family’s two dogs and two cats. Outside of Thursdays, my schedule is very open. Because of my flexibility, your pets can receive the time, attention, and consistency they deserve. I keep my availability up to date, communicate promptly, and strive to make every booking reliable, stress-free, and personalized to your pet’s needs.
