About Me: Hi, I’m Shauna, a dedicated dog lover from the Willow Glen neighborhood in Kalispell! I live on a spacious 1.26 acre of land with a securely fenced backyard, ideal for dogs to run, play, and relax. My 8-year-old Chihuahua and my mom’s 10-year-old Yorkie are my furry sidekicks, and I’ve cared for dogs my entire life. My goal is to provide a safe, nurturing home-away-from-home experience for your pup. Inspired by countless hours of César Millan’s Dog Whisperer, I use his positive techniques to encourage balanced behaviors and gently redirect unwanted ones with healthy rules, boundaries and limitations. I’m experienced with dogs’ needs, from managing separation anxiety to maintaining feeding routines to administering medications. My pet-proofed home has no toxic plants, and I offer a cozy space for naps and play. I can send daily photo and video updates to keep you connected. As a background-checked sitter, I prioritize your dog’s safety and happiness. Whether it’s kennel-free dog boarding, walking, or house sitting in Kalispell, I’m here to give your dog tailored care. Contact me to discuss your pup’s needs and arrange a meet-and-greet! Services: Boarding (Limited Basis): $80/night (includes lots of supervised playtime outside, feeding and cuddles). Drop-In Visits: $25/30-minute visit (feeding, potty breaks, playtime). House Sitting: $75/night (care in your home for 1 house pet. Cost for additional pets negotiable). Dog Walking: $25/30-minute walk (1–2 dogs). Daycare: $45/day (drop-off care for small/medium/large dogs up to 9 hours. Overtime rate $20/hr.) Experience: I’ve cared for dogs my whole life, like Chihuahuas, Yorkies, Pomeranians, German Pointers, English Pointers, German Shepherds, Labs, lovable mutts, cats and even horses, including my own pets and those of friends and family. I apply César Millan’s techniques to maintain calm, balanced behaviors and ensure a happy stay. I’m comfortable with special diets and reinforcing training. Availability: See schedule for availability. Boarding available on weekends and select weekdays (book early for holidays). Drop-ins, walks, and daycare offered Monday–Friday, 6 AM–9 PM. House sitting by request. Safety: My acre of land features a secure, fully fenced backyard, and my home is pet-proofed for safety. I send daily updates and follow your pup’s routine to keep them comfortable. My mom and 23 year old son, both avid dog lovers, live with me and will be here for those short times I have to be away.

My first experience w/ Shauna (and family) was an extremely kind and caring person and care-giver for my pup. Great spot with a large clean fenced in yard. She was very thoughtful on her approach to introducing my dog with her family, dogs and space. She was very flexible with my travel and was a wonderful communicator during my dog's stay with her. I could not be happier with the care she provide and would not hesitate at all to use her care again!!
Maisie Jane had a great time on her first overnights away from me. I got lots of great photos and communication about how she was doing while she was there. Thank you so so much for taking such good care of my sweet baby dog, Shauna, Deanna and Cody!

During our trip to Glacier, we needed someone to look after our dogs while we went hiking in the park, and she was very attentive and helpful. She has a spacious backyard for the dogs. I highly recommend her! ❤️

I'm currently working part time and the calendar will reflect my availability. When I am pet-sitting in my home, my mom and 23 year old son who both live with me, will be available if I need to go to an appointment.

We will spend a lot of time outside, weather permitting, as I have a large back yard, fenced and secure. In the house, the dogs will be in the living room and allowed on the couch and chair, as long as you allow it.
