We are a family that loves dogs for most of our lives. Having dogs around makes us happy. Your dog will be like a beloved family member now that we recently lost our 14-year-old dog. You will get the best of both worlds. I bring a calm and relaxing energy while my 12 y.o. son brings a playful mood to the game. The entire family enjoys spending time in the yard and on the backyard deck; although some more than others. Feel free to set up a meet and greet so you can be comfortable when you leave your dog with us. My schedule is updated weekly, and I prefer two-week advance notice. Last-minute requests will be accommodated on an as-available basis. And if you are looking for 7 days, please contact me to discuss if there is some flexibility. I have a fenced-in yard to keep your dog active. There is plenty of room to run around and explore. A crate is available if they need a sense of security. Our house and furniture are pet friendly. They can hang out on the furniture or by the door. I will only watch one dog at a time (two if they are from the same family), so your loved one(s) will get our full attention.

Shaun and his family took very good care of our high energy golden retriever while we were away for the weekend. He was very communicative and provided updates throughout the day. We felt great knowing our pup was safe, happy and well taken care of.

Another amazing stay with Shaun and Timmy. Can't say enough about the care they give Betty. Tons of outdoor time walking and running in their enclosed backyard. Beyond being outside - lots of low key snuggling and calm relaxing. Super detailed updates with pics and videos... they even brushed her teeth and rubbed Musher ointment on her paws bc of the salty winter sidewalks. Betty comes home from their house so content and just adjusts seamlessly back into her routine here at home. We are so thankful to have found their family to care for Betty!
Every stay is a 5 star stay with Shaun and family. We always pick up a very happy pup and truly look forward to every stay! Thanks again for giving Ky his own vacation while we were away for the weekend.

Schedule
Working from home allows me to give your dog attention throughout the day. If I have to step out, it is just to take a 15-minute walk with your dog or for me to run an errand for a few minutes during lunch or before dinner.

The neighborhood is very safe and there is a hidden gem of a local park nearby. It is small yet interesting enough to spend some time here with your pet.
A typical day
We will spend the typical day playing outside (weather permitting). Take a few walks, explore the new smells in the backyard and visit a nearby park.
