I work from home so you dog will have company all day. My schedule is probably not suitable for dogs younger than 2 years of age as i cannot give them my full attention all day. My work is very flexible so there will be lots of time for walkies! I am mostly available any day or time.

I have a 6 ft fenced yard and my back gate is permanently locked when i am home. The area is completely secure. Happy for your dog to join me on the sofa but would prefer them not to jump up on to the bed. Happy for their dog bed to be in the bedroom. My car is kitted out with a dog hammock and dog seat restraint. There are some nice dog walks slightly further afield so more than happy to drive your dog in my car.

Please let me know if you dog has any special needs so that i can ensure i can accommodate them and be prepared for their visit.

Regardless of the weather (I love dog walking in the rain!), i can promise a walk first thing in the morning, and midday checking out all the lovely doggy smells in the local area then just before dinner, we will go for a longer walk, either alongside the river or to a local forest, not too far away from my home.

Since a child, dogs have always been part of my family. I often look after friends dogs for them when they go on holiday and I am a registered foster carer for a local dogs rescue centre. I now work from home and miss the company (and the exercise!) that having a dog provides. I live in Barlby Bridge and am seconds from some lovely riverside walks. I have decided to join Rover not only to provide a service but also because i so miss the company that having a dog provides. All the fun, with no ties!!!!

Yesterday was our first time using Sharron, for our dog Bailey and she was absolutely fantastic! Bailey can be quite fussy at times, but Sharron really put us and Bailey at ease. She kept in touch with us, sending messages and pictures to let us know how he was getting on, which was really thoughtful and really reassuring. He seemed like he had had a great time when we collected him and I'm pretty sure he is looking forward to his next visit! Thanks again Sharron!
Back from another lovely holiday where we had full peace of mind that our little dog Ruby would be well taken care of. Sharron always takes amazing care of Ruby and she settles in well every time we leave her which means for us we can go away with confidence knowing that she’s having a lovely time too. Sharron is a 5 star sitter and has a deep understanding of dogs. There was an immediate calming of kur puppy, Alfie when we introduced him to Sharron. He was with her for 7 hours and he was in good hands. He also had 2 sleeps ! Highly recommended!
