Hi! I’m Sharon—a lifelong animal lover with both personal and professional experience caring for a wide range of species, from beloved pets to wild animals in rehab. I’ve worked over 5 years in animal care at a small zoo and nature center, and also volunteered for animal rescues. I’ve raised and released orphaned baby squirrels, cared for injured wildlife, and spent countless hours making animals feel safe, understood, and loved. At home, I’ve lived with just about every type of pet: dogs, cats, fish, rodents, birds, snakes… I’m confident with animals of all sizes and temperaments, and I bring calm, kindness, and attentiveness to every interaction. I structure care according to your pets needs following their regular schedule as closely as possible. I believe routine provides a sense of comfort and security especially when owners are absent. I allow animals to initiate physical contact and follow their lead in setting the tone and energy level for interactions whenever possible.

Sharon went above and beyond caring for my fur babies!! Extremely attentive to both of their special needs and was Johnny on the spot answering questions and providing pictures, as well as keeping my updated during the day of how things were going. She's a rockstar and would highly recommend her to take care of your fur babies!
Sharon has cared for my pets for years. Having worked in a zoo, she is comfortable with exotics, birds, dogs, cats, critters, even my ponies. She is capable of medicating them and small emergencies, and does so with love and affection. I do not hesitate to fully recommend her for whatever pet care you need, from pet sitting to daily walking. Honest and reliable.
Sharon is one of the most amazing pet sitters I have ever had. I have had some very high maintenance dogs over the years and Sharon handled them all beautifully like she was a dog whisperer. I'm pretty sure some of my dogs loved her more than me. I had one bulldog in particular that I couldn't trust anyone else to stay with, but I knew Sharon could handle him without issue. Love her!

Schedule
Currently working from home which allows me a flexible schedule. I strive to maintain 4-hour work period each day and build all pet services around that.
