A furry vacation.
Just a girl looking to love on your dogs! Wouldn't the world be a wonderful place if we all had hearts like dogs? We lost our dog a few years ago and decided to spread our animal love with everyone's animals by pet sitting! Since then I’ve also become a foster mom for the Alabama Husky organization here in Huntsville. Your baby will make new friends + come home worn out! We have a couple rescue pups for them to play with, even if we aren’t fully booked! We live in a closed neighborhood away from major roads, with a spacious fenced in yard! We only kennel if you do, we make our own doggie treats & can’t wait for cuddles. It’s football season, bring your doggies football gear for some special photo sessions with me! 🥰 My husband is home full time + together we make this doggy dream happen. Our kids are high energy and love to play with all these dogs!! Our yard has a mix of chain link and privacy fencing but is altogether enclosed and nicely spacious. Our dog Ezzy is still a baby and ready to make all the new friends. We do not usually let dogs out without a human, I have too many gardens most dogs like 🙈. And when they are inside with us they will have full access to the house, including all the couches. 😬

We adopted some Great Dane puppies and less than a week later had a family tragedy and had to go out of town and did not want to have to leave them at a kennel (didn’t eat to leave them at all). Did some research and found puppy babysitters was a thing. We selected Sharon because she and Chad had excellent reviews and were close to us. We were very pleased. We hated to leave the babies but felt comfortable leaving them there and feel they were well taken care of and loved. Highly recommend, will use again and are very grateful for their short notice accommodations for the babies and the updates and care they provided..
First time using Rover so I was skeptical. Very pleased with care provided. Will use again

Schedule
I only work in the mornings, by lunch I’m home running with the dogs and tending to the gardens. The kids and I enjoy including the pups in everything we do here on our little homestead. ❤️

I’m a firm believer that every dog has different needs, we like to feel each dog out before deciding how they will be most comfortable. And then we will provide all accommodations necessary. 🥰 We take the safety of our doggies and yours very seriously. Introductions are always done with supervision, in a slow manner to keep everyone happy and stress free.
Pets
A typical day
We like to take the dogs with us when we go out, please bring your dogs harness so we can take yours too! We occasionally go for walks through our neighborhood in the fall but we love a good game of fetch in the backyard + allow dogs in the pool with us in those hot months.
