Child-free, dog-loving family
We are four adults, who all love dogs. My two adult children, Anna and Seb are both approved and will be actively caring for your dog alongside me and whenever I am unavailable. We have had our cocker spaniel, Ruby for seven years since she was a puppy. Ruby has been spayed. She is a placid and affectionate dog who always loves the company of dogs she stays with. She is active, needing two or three short walks or a long walk each day, so your dog would get plenty of exercise with us. If your dog is less active, there is usually someone else at home to give care and attention. Ruby likes her downtime too and loves nothing more than snuggling on the sofa!

Sharon had Max for 6 nights and took great care of him. Despite being a nervous soul, he settled thanks to the care and attention from Sharon and family. Very happy boy!
Phoebe really enjoyed her stay + was a bit miffed to come home! I feel totally happy leaving her with Sharon and her lovely family, as I know she will be well looked after and treated as one of the family. Phoebe is looking forward to her next visit! Thank you Sharon and Anna

Phoebe loved her stay with Sharon and her family, who are clearly all dog lovers. She got along so well with Ruby and was treated like one of their own. It's such a warm, caring home, and I had complete peace of mind knowing Phoebe was being so well looked after. Sharon even kindly took her for a walk before an early morning pickup — a lovely touch. I wouldn’t hesitate to book again.
We couldn’t be happier with the care Rocky received from Sharon! We reached out at short notice, and we agreed a meet and greet the day before. Rocky was very well looked after and came home very happy. We will be booking again ! Thank you.

Schedule
I work mainly from home and there is usually someone else around, so your dog would fit easily into my routine with Ruby. We do long walks at the weekend. My grown up children, Anna and Sebastian are a good support, love dogs and are keen to get involved if ever I need them to.

Safety, trust & environment
We have a large fenced-off garden and lots of downstairs space for your dog to roam and explore. Our dog, Ruby was crate- trained as a puppy because although she is calm now, she was a very nervous puppy and needed lots of reassurance in order to avoid behaviour issues, so I would be happy to follow your routine. Our vet is just around the corner.
Pets
A typical day
We go on daily walks and play ball games in the park. We like going out into the countryside and we don’t mind getting muddy! Our dog is a spaniel and she loves games around the house that involve sniffing out treats.
