Pet care experience

You got me at woof!

I’ve had dogs in my life for the last 20+ years. I also grew up with dogs. They have taught me a lot. I’ve met people through my dogs that I wouldn’t normally meet. I’ve had puppies several times and I’ve taken care of Senior dogs with eye issues, dementia, heart issues and anxiety. They have all lived long lives- 13 to almost 18 years old. I love them all and enjoy their company. I’ll take care of your dog as if they are mine. I currently have a young Cavapoo that loves company and we are both excited to care and play with your dog!

Sharon is the best! I love feeling confident in the knowledge that my dog is being lovingly cared for while I’m at work. And Poppy is a sweetheart, too!

My name is Dee and I’m Shari’s sister. Shari and I grew up always having a family dog, our first pet was a very sweet Bulldog named, Reuben, we adored him! So, learning how to care for and nurture a pet started at a very young age, it laid the foundation for Shari to be a lifelong lover of dogs and a dog owner herself for 20 years and counting. Her enthusiasm is evident with how she treats my Boxer with genuine affection and I’ve also witnessed the same kindness she shows towards her neighborhood dogs, as well. I consider Shari a very responsible, trustworthy and reliable person in every way imaginable. Her work ethic is unmatchable. She’s a person that has always paid great attention to detail and shows concern and compassion in all aspects of her life, especially towards animals/dogs. I highly recommend Shari as an excellent dog sitter with Rover! 🐾

I have known Shari since 1999. She is so good with all dogs. I have had her watch my dogs all the time and never worried. Never have I seen a dog not like her. I would recommend her to watch anyone’s dog.

Shari is an exceptional candidate for a pet provider and dog walker. She has extensive hands-on experience from owning and caring for her own dogs, and her genuine love and passion for animals truly sets her apart. Her dedication to pets is unmatched ,and she would be a wonderful, reliable, and compassionate caregiver for any dog in her care.

I current work 100% from home Monday-Friday. I have a fenced in yard where the dogs can hang out and run. I take breaks from work to let my dog out several times a day. I walk my dog in the morning, at lunch and after work.

Safety, trust & environment

I have a fenced back yard, I can crate or gate them if necessary. When I walk dogs, I make sure they are walked on a leash and I always make sure if we see another dog that it’s safe if dogs get close. If not, I make sure we allow enough distance that there isn’t an issue. Before I feed my dogs I clean out their bowls before each meal and give them clean water everyday. I have had Senior dogs and I was very faithful on giving them their medicine on a regular basis and on a regular schedule.

Pets

A typical day

I have a year and 4 month old Cavapoo and she loves her walks and to play catch or tag in the backyard. If the weather is cold, raining or snowing, we play catch with either a ball or stuffed toy in the house. I would do the same with your dog.
