Availability
I work remotely from home, so dogs in my care have my continual presence. My home sits at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac with a fenced yard, plenty of shade, and multiple patios perfect for bird and squirrel watching. Frequent potty breaks, fresh air, and calm energy are the norm here.

Safety, trust & environment
I share my home with Wesley, my 14-year-old spaniel mix: a sweet, easygoing co-host who’s happy to coexist with other mellow dogs. My preference is for small to medium, adult dogs who are comfortable around other pets. I can always keep dogs separated if needed for comfort or downtime.

Information Sharon D. would like to know about your pet
If your dog thrives in a peaceful, low-stress home where they’re treated like family, we’ll be a great match. Please let me know about special needs, separation anxiety or behaviors I need to account for. I always suggest packing a blanket, shirt, towel, or bed so pups can have a “scent anchor” that helps them adjust in a boarding environment.
A typical day
A typical day here? Soft ambient music or DogTV, naps on sunny decks or cozy beds, creekside duck watching, evening strolls, and plenty of affection. On weekends, local hikes or a trip to Comfy Cow for blueberry yogurt “pup-sicles” might be on the agenda. I think of my clients as house guests, not as animals in boarding. I treat each as if they were my own.

Pet care experience
I’ve cared for all kinds of pets throughout my life, including seniors and those with medical or special needs. I’m experienced with injections, medication routines, and gentle handling for older pups. My pup has his own supplement routine complete with prescription food: rest assured I take all care instructions very seriously and follow them to the letter. I also love hosting siblings or pairs of dogs, there’s something wonderful about the comfort they bring each other. The extra companionship makes the transition feel more like a little sleepover than a big change. 🤗🐶
Reviews

Sharon is the best! She's our #1 go-to sitter for our two crazy puppies. They're always so happy to see her :)

Bree always loves her stays with Sharon and Wesley 🐾 she gets all the love and fun!

As always, Bree had a great time hanging with Sharon and her pup Wesley 🐾 and I am super grateful for the daily photos and updates while I travel. Gives me the peace of mind to explore and enjoy life in places my little princess can’t come 🥰

Sharon always takes great care of my little Leo!
