Love all pets and the love and joy they bring.
I’ve had animals all my life. I grew up with dogs, cats and rabbits and the odd hamster, rat and fish. I have had my own cats as soon as I could when I moved into my own home. I worked in a veterinary practice over the last year but my contract has now finished. Before this I was a physiotherapist for 30 years specialising in children for the last 23 years but have made the decision to leave the NHS and branch into a new career/direction. I have done volunteer dog walking and cat sitting over the last year too and am just wanting to branch out now and increase my face to face pet care now I have more time. I have frequently looked after my neighbours pets whilst they are away.

Safety, trust & environment
I own my own home and have a safe fenced garden with no current pets of my own so this is all safe. I prefer to look after pets in their own home if it is for more than just a walk as I think they are more comfortable and settled. I can also house sit and ensure your home is safe and secure if you are away for more than a day.

During a week-long holiday we left our cat Teddy with Sharon who we met a couple of weeks prior to leaving for our holiday - she provided an excellent service. She administered medication, kept the litter box clean and fed Teddy according to instructions we left. Sharon provided regular check-ins and updates with photos via the Rover app which allowed me to really relax and enjoy my holiday knowing Teddy was in safe and very caring hands. I would definitely use Sharon’s services again.

I am currently extremely flexible in my time for pet care. I am in between jobs at the moment so can do any time of day depending on your and your pets needs.
