After the loss of my own baby boy, I’m not ready to adopt a pup just yet, and I’m here on Rover to provide loving, attentive care for your fur baby while you’re away. For boarding in my apartment, I’m looking to build a long-lasting relationship with your pup and create a safe and nurturing environment for their staycation. I provide exclusive, individualized one-on-one care, and I’m happy to incorporate training upon request. I’m only interested in working with responsible pet parents who support positive reinforcement–based training. With over 17 years of experience as a dedicated pet caregiver, I’m here to offer your beloved companion the highest level of care, whether it's daily walks, playtime, or just some cozy cuddle time. Your pet will be treated like family — with love, patience, and compassion. I joined Rover as a way to navigate the grief of losing my best friend of 14 years — my sweet boy, Bear. While I’m not ready to adopt again, I deeply miss the companionship of animals. Becoming a pet sitter through Rover has added a new layer of joy and healing to my life. While I’ve been pet sitting on and off for years, this more consistent connection with animals inspired me to take things further and become a full-time dog trainer. I’ve always connected with animals more easily than with people. I have extensive experience with both dogs and cats, including administering medication and working with reactive or senior pets who need a little extra TLC. I’m comfortable with unique pet personalities and always tailor my care to their individual needs. As an avid outdoors enthusiast, your pet will enjoy plenty of fresh air, happy walks, and exciting sniffing adventures. I provide one-on-one, individualized care — never walking or caring for multiple pets at once unless pre-approved by you. You'll receive daily photo and video updates, and I'm always happy to hop on a FaceTime call if you’d like to check in and see your fur baby while you're away. Please note: I’m selective when it comes to boarding pets in my home. I’m looking to connect with responsible, respectful pet parents who truly value their animal’s well-being. While your pet is with me, they’ll be treated as part of the family — with full access to cozy furniture, plenty of snuggles, and a calm, loving environment. If your pet isn't allowed on furniture, I’m likely not the right sitter for you. I also do not accept pets wearing prong collars or other training/control devices designed to cause pain, as my care philosophy is rooted in compassion and positive reinforcement. For any boarding requests longer than two nights, I require an overnight trial first — just to ensure your pet feels safe and comfortable in my space, and to make sure we’re the right fit for each other.
