Absolutely 10/10 – Highly Recommend! I was so nervous leaving my 11-year-old senior fur baby with someone new for the very first time. She’s only ever stayed with people she knows, so trusting a stranger felt overwhelming. But from the very first phone call, Shaquanna completely put my mind at ease. She was warm, professional, and made the entire process feel so smooth and reassuring. She kept me updated every single day—whether the news was good or not—which I truly appreciated. What surprised me the most was how my dog, who isn’t typically friendly with strangers, immediately walked up to her like they’d known each other forever. That calm connection was everything I needed to see. When I picked my pup up, she was so relaxed and happy—like she had just come from a spa day! I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I will 100% be using Shaquanna again, and I recommend her to anyone looking for someone trustworthy, caring, and truly in tune with animals.
Nicole is an excellent and responsible pet caregiver . She loves to spend quality time her dog Ollie and I can attest he is loved and well cared for . I highly recommend Nicole to care for pets.
