Hey y’all! I’m a recent graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science and a minor in Wildlife Conservation. I have a genuine love for animals and hands-on experience caring for them, including dog walking through my school’s Pets Forever program, monitoring dog behaviors during my time as a kennel and yard technician at Wagging Tails, and working as a Veterinary Assistant at Kennesaw Pet Center. I also have plenty of personal experience caring for my own cats, Bumi and Nova. I’m passionate about continuing to grow my skills by working with animals of all types and temperaments. I tend to bond quickly with most pets, but I’m especially patient and gentle with those who are shy or easily startled. My goal is to build trust and create a calm, positive environment where your pet feels safe and comfortable. Pet care is more than just a side job for me, it’s an important step toward my future career working with animals. I treat every opportunity as a chance to learn more about animal behavior while providing dependable, loving care. You can expect your pet to stay in their normal routine as much as possible, with fresh food and water, a comfortable environment, and close supervision at all times. Safety is always my top priority, and I’m attentive to any allergies, medical needs, or potential risks. I’m experienced with basic wound care and familiar with caring for diabetic pets as well. I care for pets based off the specific routine that the owner has provided, and I don’t deviate from that unless specifically instructed to. The goal is to provide the most similar environment to you being present with them in order to encourage a safe, fun, and regulated experience!

Sha’Pri was an amazing pet sitter and I would 100% have her watch my Yorkie again. She had great communication and sent updates every morning and evening. She did a great job handling my 15 yo dog’s slightly complicated medication and food routine. When we got them, the house was spotless, the sheets were washed, and dog TV was on!
Sha’Pri took amazing care of our babies!! Would recommend her for anyone looking for someone trustworthy, especially when you’re leaving the country.
Sha’Pri was easy to communicate with, left the house clean, and did a great job caring for our dog. She made sure he got lots of love and attention, and we will definitely use her again!

I’m currently working as a Veterinary Assistant by day, but as long as I am given a prior two day notice, I’ll be sure to provide a working schedule for both you and your pet!
