Shanya was flexible in booking and was kind. I am accustomed to more frequent communication during my pets’ actual visit so that I know how they are doing and adjusting to a new sitter snd environment. I was concerned that a lot of food was uneaten and there was no mention about them not eating much during the stay. We have since communicated.
Shanya was amazing to our pup Bentley. She kept us posted on him because this was his first time with anyone outside of family. Bentley was happy to be in their home and he adjusted well. She calmed our worries about him not adjusting and treated him so well. We would definitely book with her again.
Shayna,was outstanding with my Cooper. She was informative throughout his entire stay. I'm truly grateful for Shayna.Cooper definitely enjoyed her,and we will definitely be repeat customers.🤗🤗🤗
My puppy eat 2 times a day so I sent him with 4 bags of food and when I picked him up he still had a bag of food so one of the days he didn’t eat. His eating schedule is also on my profile and she texted me at 12pm saying he just now eating when his eating schedule is between 8:00-8:30. Also, when I picked him up he had ants all over him. I also told her I would pick him up earlier than I was supposed to and she texts me and tell me that “this is my second time being late and she had to leave soon” if I knew she would be leaving him at her house by hisself I could have kept him at home.
