Shante was amazing with the kitties -- I cannot recommend her highly enough! She came to my house on short notice to meet my kitties (we had a family emergency and had to leave within 24 hours). She taught us all about cat tv, spent time bonding with the cats, and was so sweet! I've never returned from a trip with both cats happy, social and relaxed. I'm so grateful for Shante and will definitely use her service again! My two special needs kitties and I have had our share of bad cat sitter experiences. Shante not only quelled my concerns from the outset but sent regular updates, the cutest photos, brought them new toys, and found unique ways to engage my boys and get them up and moving daily. If you are in search of the perfect cat sitter, look no further. Shante is it!!
Shanté put any worries I had at ease. She was so knowledgable, sweet and caring. She let me know when she was at my place to feed my cats and followed up with super cute videos of them each day to assure me all was going well. The videos and follow up had me in tears (of happiness) and had me laughing because I missed those cuties so much but it was so cute to see them doing just fine with Shanté! She's a true gem! I couldn't recommend Shanté or Rover more. An awesome experience to set my mind at ease while leaving my cats for several days. I will definitely try to book Shanté again for next time!!! THANK YOU!
We cannot speak highly enough of Shanté as our go to cat sitter!!! This was our first time leaving our kitties and having someone come care for them as they are still very young (only 5 months old), it was incredibly hard to leave them over the holidays but Shanté made us feel so comfortable even from the start by suggesting what to leave for them and asking questions about our kitties to get an idea of their personalities and needs ahead of time. Per Rover she was only supposed to visit for 30 minutes but she often stayed longer closer to 45-60 minutes each visit to ensure the kittens had lots of socialization and care! Shanté also sent lots of pictures and updates during our trip, which really helped put as at ease while we were traveling. You can also tell when speaking with Shanté how much she loves cats and how knowledgeable and experienced she is in taking care of them. Would highly recommend Shanté to anyone - your kittens and cats will be well looked-after!
The experience with Shante was very pleasant. We started by having a phone call so that she can learn more about the dog and make the pet sitter experience positive for both the dog and the owner. She provided regular updates and phots of how the dog was doing and the dog appeared to be well taken care of. I highly recommend Shante and will definitely be a repeat customer.
