WFH & happy to get to know your pet
Animal lover and PAWS chicago volunteer and foster parent. Foster failed after 7 cuddly friends. Loads of patience, and lots of love to give. Would love the chance to walk, cuddle and play with your fluffy one! No breed restrictions, ALL are welcome. Ive always wanted to have a dog of my own, since my childhood love Shadow, passed, but at the moment have been unable to fulfill that dream. That's why this would be a great opportunity for me. I really excited and happy to help and provide some affection for these animals when needed and provide extra support and breakdown for you, the owner! :) Flexible arrangements can be made and Thanks for reading. I am mindful of doors and exits for any potential escape artists. I am a pro at hide and seek with shy animals and meeting pets where they feel comfortable even if that means laying on the floor.

Shante helped me out when I was in a pinch and realized with short notice that I needed a dog walker. She was very responsive and from the pictures looked like my pup loved his time with her! I will definitely use Shante for future walks.

Shante helped me in a bind when a previous dog sitter fell through. My dog has severe separation anxiety and had digestive issues throughout her stay, unfortunately. Shante provided updates and took great care of her. She also sent photo updates daily, which was greatly appreciated.

I am currently Working full time remote so depending on my meeting schedule I have daytime flexibility. Weekends I am typically available with advance notice.
