Hi, I’m Shante. I’ve had the privilege of knowing dogs my entire life. They bring me so much joy. I know how important it is for pets to feel at ease while their owners are away, and I’m happy to help with that in any way I can. My family has always owned canines. I currently have one pup of my own named Beans. I got him when he was a puppy, and now he’s 12 years old. I began house sitting and pet sitting in 2014 and have had several dog walking clients as well. My schedule is currently wide open! I recently moved into my neighborhood, and I like it a lot. It’s a quiet area surrounded by lots of trees. All my neighbors are very friendly. I’m an adventurous, happy, and easy-going person. I'd like to think that dogs can easily pick up on my joyous and lighthearted temperament and respond well to it. I’m very active and enjoy being outdoors, especially hiking. If you want someone who can take your pooch out to play and help keep them engaged, book me!

Shante was great with our cats over the holidays!! We had some pretty extensive instructions and she took care of everything. I could tell from the photos that the cats trusted her, which gave me peace of mind :) overall excellent job!

- When I meet a new pup, I like to introduce myself with a treat at the owner's discretion. I find that makes it easier for dogs to trust someone new. Most importantly, I want to make sure my clients, both pet and human, are comfortable with me. I think it's important for someone to feel comfortable not only leaving their beloved pet in my care, but with me looking after their home as well. I believe that's where it starts. I like to ask as many questions as possible to find out about the pet sitting expectations of my clients.
