I am close to local dog parks which I take my two puppies to everyday. They love to play with other dogs there and play tug of war or catch at the park. I also love to take walks by the water or go on hikes with my dogs.

A typical day
I love to stimulate dogs mentally and physically by going around to explore the neighborhood or going on a hike to see all the new smells. We can even visit the dog park to meet some new friends!

Pet care experience
I've taken care of dogs since I was 14. My first dog was a lab mix and he is now 14 years old. I currently have two cats and two dogs of my own that I have taken care of for the past few years. I have also helped friends and neighbors with their little furry friends by walking and feeding them.

Shantaya was an amazing helper with my pets. I have a dog and cat and she cared for both equally. She would stop by to feed them and give them water. She would walk my dog every morning and night and she would stay for a while to give cuddles to my cat. I’m so glad I was able to find someone who not only has her own pets but cares for my pets like her own. I really appreciated all the pictures and notes so I didn’t have to worry throughout my trip!
Shantaya is the dog and cat whisperer, she has such good rapport with pets in general. She is respectful, kind and firm when needed. To my knowledge she’s had various pets she’s rehoused and taken excellent care of. She is a very responsible person and amazing person.
