My schedule is very flexible right now. If when you need someone to walk your pups, sit with your cat, feed your other pets while you're out of town or would prefer me to stay in your home, I can be your go-to person. I'm a firm believer that while a family is out of town, the pets usually do best in their own environment that they know, making it easier to relax while you're away.

When it comes to taking care of your pets, I know routine can be very important. It's stressful for them to have a shift in care and so my goal is to make it as smooth a transition as possible for them. If they're used to being in a crate while no one is at home, then they will be crated. If you prefer they have freedom to roam part or all of the home while away I will do that as well. Feeding and walking schedules will be adhered to if you so desire. I want to make this the best experience for them and you.
Information Shannon W. would like to know about your pet
Please let me know if your pet(s) has any special needs that I need to know about. If your pet(s) has any routine requirements or things that they absolutely don't like it is also very beneficial for me to know that as well. If your pet requires medication/injections, I do charge a separate fee for that, just ask!
A typical day
I love to have a good time with your pets. Playing fetch, going for a long walk, or to a nearby dog park (if that's something they like to do) to get out energy are great activities. If your dog prefers companionship, I'm happy to give all the ear scratches and snuggles they require. I'm also willing to teach them new tricks or even work on house training.

Pets
Your family is my family.
Pet care experience
I've been a life-long dog owner, from puppies/potty training to senior dog care, including giving medication. Some animals I've also had the privilege to care for are cats, mice, reptiles, chickens, hedgehogs, guinea pigs, and chinchillas. I'm always looking for more amazing creatures to add to the list. I don't see your pets as just animals, but also as in integral part of your family and life.
Reviews

Shannon was great
Shannon always takes such great care of Oaty...thanks for the extra time and attention you give!

Shannon is a gem! Great communication, very personable, and most importantly - my puppy loves her! We are a new puppy family, and she was very patient in answering all my questions, and flexible in arranging a meet and greet and pup care on short notice. We will definitely be reaching out to her again.

Shannon is an amazing sitter! Every time she checked in, she gave an update and sent the cutest pictures! Would highly recommend!
