After our original Rover sitter canceled less than 48 hours before the busy July 4th holiday, even though we had booked three months in advance, we were incredibly blessed to find this sitter. Shannon went above and beyond in every possible way. The amount of time she spent with Steele, the genuine love and attention she gave her, and the exceptional quality of care exceeded every expectation. We received thoughtful updates and wonderful photos throughout our trip, which gave us complete peace of mind. During an intense heatwave, our central air unexpectedly started making a loud noise. While we were hundreds of miles away, she calmly troubleshot the issue with us over the phone, and together we were able to solve the problem quickly. That level of care and willingness to help went far beyond what anyone would expect. As if that wasn't enough, she even surprised Steele with a new toy. It was such a thoughtful gesture that perfectly reflects the kind of person she is. When we returned home, Steele was happy, relaxed, and clearly loved. Our home was also in excellent condition. Finding someone you trust with both your home and your beloved dog is priceless. We cannot recommend her highly enough, and we will absolutely book with her again. She turned what started as a stressful situation into one of the best Rover experiences we've ever had. (I tipped Shannon in cash prior to us leaving).

This was our second time having Shannon watch our dog, and she was yet again so amazing. Our dog loves her and is so happy with her. We feel so comfortable trusting her with our pup. She is super communicative and sends lots of updates, and was really flexible when we had travel delays and mishaps. She is our go-to!
