I tried saving this with no stars highlighted, but of course it wouldn’t work.. so she, Shannon will get the lowest one available, 1 star… Do yourself a favor and DO NOT CHOOSE THIS WOMAN!!!! She will have children taken care of your fur baby, she refuses to answer calls, text, come to the phone at all… my poor baby was traumatized.. I made the mistake of not reading her review before, please don’t make that mistake… she only has 2, now 3 reviews with this one… I would not trust her with my plush (teddy bear etc) animal.. we dropped off a new bag of dog food & she did not return it at all. Although my interaction with Shannon has been HORRIFIC, ROVER has been remarkable in the way they have handled the situation. They have been readily available to me throughout the entire process. Superb customer service, thank you ROVER! Again, DO NOT book with Shannon..

Shannon has been and always will be my go-to. She is polite & treats my boys like they are her own. She doesn’t mind doing any special requests & is always sending pictures and updates throughout their stay. I highly recommend Shannon - the love & attention they get from not just her but her daughters and her dog Jaxon is unsurpassable. Thanks again Shannon for always accommodating myself as well as my boys.

Shannon is a pet lover she has a dog name jax an he's a service dog if Shannon could she'd have a house full of animals she treats any animal in her home as a child she is the first and only person I would trust leaving my animals with she has a heart of gold and animals just attract and attach to her.

I was very upset to receive my dogs back covered in fleas..hotspots and sores. My dogs are on 2 different types of flea medications and I haven’t seen fleas on them in years. They were there for three days and I could literally see the fleas crawling all over them from several feet away. At first I messaged her and said I wasn’t going to leave her a bad review but I wanted to let her know she should really have her yard and house treated so other dogs dont have to have to go through this and she never even responded to my message so apparently she doesn’t care so beware!! Also..When we dropped our dogs off and pick them up we never actually saw Shannon.. it was a few young teenage girls that were receiving and giving us our dogs back so who knows if there is even an adult there or if this is just some teenage kids operation! I’ve used Rover many times and have had many great experiences with dog sitters on here this was not one of them. I would find somewhere else to leave your dog!

This was our first experience with Rover and Shannon was a perfect fit for our Jax. She sent us text messages and photo updates and it was obvious that Jax felt right at home! Thank you Shannon for treating our boy like family!
