This is the perfect home for your beloved dog. It's clean, has 2 responsible adults who enjoy animals, and our son LOVES playing catch with dogs. Our home has plenty of room for fido to walk around and play, and a BIG fenced in back yard too! We have plenty of experience taking excellent care of dogs from all ages & breeds. *(We only accept fully potty trained dogs!! Please keep in mind this is our home and we do not want any potty accidents in our house)* *** Drop off Times can start as early as 8:30am-- we do NOT accept drop offs before 8:30am! PICK UP Time is by 7:00pm.Mondays thru Fridays, and BY 6:00pm Saturdays & Sundays! If you are unable to pick your pet up BY these times please book an additional night with us so you can pick up your sweet pup the next morning. *** The only problem might be, your dog may not want to leave us after having so much fun with us here! About this sitter: Caring and very responsible! Great at multi-tasking, pays attention to detail, and enjoy staying active. Why I love dog sitting Since I was very young. Our first dog was a beautiful Cocker Spaniel we got when I was 7 years old. When I was in college I adopted a lab chow mix from the humane society and she & I quickly became great life long friends! I had her for over 14 years she filled my life with love and many great memories. Meet my pets- We have a sweet 5 yr old small dog. Clean, Safe, 2500 sq foot home awaiting your dog! About my yard Back yard is PERFECT for dogs. It has plenty of running space & is completely fenced in. Part of the yard has chain linked fence,so if your dog is one that will jump a 3 and a half foot tall fence, then this might not be your best choice. We make sure all toys are picked up & in good condition so no dog is injured chewing on an unacceptable toy.

Unfortunately our stay with Shannon did not go as hoped. Shortly after dropoff Lemon had an accident on the carpet, and I asked Shannon to keep her off carpeted areas going forward. That evening Shannon asked about letting Lemon sleep in her bedroom, which is half carpet. I again said no carpeted rooms. Lemon then vomited overnight, and the next morning Shannon asked me to find another sitter. Accidents and an upset stomach are not uncommon when a dog is adjusting to a new home, and the way these were handled suggested that Shannon has limited experience with dogs going through that kind of transition. Being asked to arrange a replacement mid-trip, while away and with no easy options, was very disruptive and stressful. I would encourage Shannon to review her protocols around monitoring and environmental transitions for first-time guests. I would not rebook.
Toby had a fantastic stay with Shannon! We had to reschedule a returning flight and Shannon was flexible and helped accommodate an additional two nights. He was well cared for and got along with their dog and kids well. We received a number of adorable photos. We would absolutely book with Shannon again. Thank you!

Shannon was communicative, friendly, and professional throughout. My dog appeared happy and well-cared for upon pickup, which tells about the quality of care provided. I highly recommend her services.
Shannon was great with my Lab. I had her do a few drop in visits while I was out of town over a few days and my lab seemed to love her.
I was very satisfied as was my dog. Shannon was very accommodating and kept me informed and my dog seemed to feel right at home. I will use her services again, I'm sure.

I have a fenced in back yard with LOTS of space for your dog to run and play safely! My clean 2 story home allows plenty of comfortable space for your sweet pup to relax and be cared for.

A typical day
Your dog's sleeping arrangement Where ever your dog is most comfortable & content... Your dog can either sleep on our tiled kitchen where it's cool & comfortable, or your dog can sleep upstairs with us on our carpeted bedroom floor. We do have a large kennel/crate, so if your dog finds comfort sleeping in a crate then he or she is more than welcomed to do so! ** If your dog sheds we do NOT allow them on our furniture! If your dog sheds & has trouble staying off sofas & furniture it would be best to book your pup elsewhere since we will not allow dogs on our furniture** Time I'll spend with your dog The majority of the time I am here at home, so 75% of the day or more I will be around for the dogs to take them outside, feed them, and just keep them company!
