Shannon is a fantastic loving caregiver. We had a little change in our schedule and she was able to accommodate. We will definitely book her again to take care of our Bailey girl. She kept us updated and sent pictures to help us feel at ease. This was the first time we used a pet sitter other than just friends coming over and check on our dog for us. What a lifesaver. She is definitely a true professional thank you so much Shannon for what you did for our Bailey girl. I actually think she may like you better than us.🤭

This was our first experience with the Rover app and Shannon taking care of Maggie. It could not have been a better experience! Shannon was great with communication and very timely. We had boarding arrangements elsewhere and they canceled at the last minute. Shannon was quick to reply to my inquiry and helped me navigate the Rover app. The "Meet & Greet" went very well with Maggie meeting Shannon's personal K-9 companions. Right from the start, we were very comfortable and confident that Shannon would take great care of Maggie. She was very personable and kept us informed during our travels with pics/updates. When arriving to pick her up, Maggie was happy & seemingly didn't care that we had returned. It was very obvious that Maggie was well cared for and SPOILED! We highly recommend Shannon and won't hesitate to use her again. (6+ 🌟)
