Before a booking, it’s really helpful to know your pet’s routine, personality, and any quirks that make them them. I like to know feeding schedules, walk preferences, favourite toys, and how they usually behave when their people are away. Please also share any medical needs, medications, allergies, fears, reactivity, or training cues. For cats, details about litter habits and hiding spots are especially helpful. The more I know in advance, the easier it is for me to keep your pet comfortable, safe, and happy while you’re away.
A typical day
Fun looks different for every pet! For dogs, that might mean walks in the neighbourhood, sniff-heavy strolls, backyard play, or relaxed adventures depending on their energy level. For cats, it’s interactive play, window watching, brushing, or just hanging out together on the couch. I pay close attention to what each pet enjoys most and make sure their day feels engaging—but never overwhelming.
