I'm passionate about animals and have experience caring for a variety of dogs and cats through my work, as well as pet sitting for family and friends. I'm reliable, patient, and always eager to learn. I'm currently completing a pet first aid course so I can continue building my knowledge and provide the best possible care! I currently work in an animal shelter, where I care for a wide range of animals every day, including dogs, cats, rodents, birds, and horses. Working with animals of all ages, sizes, and personalities has given me valuable experience and confidence in meeting their individual needs. Outside of work, I've looked after pets for my family and friends, including dog walking, feeding, administering routines, providing companionship, and making sure pets are happy and comfortable while their owners are away. I offer dog walking, drop-in visits for dogs and cats, and house sitting. I know how important it is to find someone you can trust with your pets, and I pride myself on being reliable, friendly, and attentive. I look forward to hearing from you! 😊

Any special routines/requirements needed just let me know and I can put this in place. E.g. dog crating at certain times of the day, medication etc. You can trust i'll follow through.

Shannon took care of my 2 senior labradors whilst we were on holiday. They were taken on great long walks to the beach and the woods and they were kept very happy! We were able to relax on holiday knowing our boys were in safe hands. Shannon is clearly a total animal lover and takes great care in her work. I would recommend Shannon to anyone looking for someone professional and caring to take care of their pets.
Shannon looked after me wee boy (Lucifer / aged 6 months) back in April 2026 for 8 days. He’s a handful of a wee thing but Shannon’s patience, consideration and and natural animal-loving personality really made an impact of him. He was well cared for, walked, groomed, fed and overall a very happy wee boy when I returned. She’s was just fantastic and had a genuine affection towards him which helped with him adjusting to being cared for by someone other than myself. I would 100% trust her again and highly reccomend her if looking for someone to watch your fur-baby too! I’ve already booked my next week away and confirmed dates with her for watching my wee terror again!

Schedule
I finish work around 3pm Mon-Fri so free most afternoon/evenings. I'm available all weekend so this will be the time I can offer more house sitting opportunities 😊
