My earliest memories all include my furry sibling, a gigantic Doberman Pinscher named Wolf. In the four decades since my first faithful canine companion taught me unconditional love and the gentle responsibility of learning to read unspoken needs, my journey as a caregiver has been shaped by many interspecies instructors. Each experience has refined my natural intuition, molding me into a deeply responsible, proactive, and trustworthy in-home pet sitter. I understand that your pets are family, and I specialize in reading animal body language, maintaining exact routines, and providing the attentive, steady presence your pets need to feel safe while you are away. When you choose me, you can expect care beyond the minimum basics of keeping your pets safe and comforted in their familiar environment, adhering to feeding schedules, portion control, and exercise or play routines. You can rest assured I will make every effort to keep your pet happy and your home immaculate, following your established rules and routines. I will provide patient, gentle, and reliable delivery of medications, and safely transport your pets to playdates, grooming or training appointments as required. Additionally, I will maintain attentive home care tasks such as daily vacuuming, bringing in mail, watering plants, or cycling lights.Your peace of mind and satisfaction are my utmost priorities. As a pet parent and proud homeowner, I know trusting that your pet's comfort and your home's security will be maintained isn't always easy, so I like to keep you assured all is well by sharing text and photo updates as frequently as you request.

Reliable, dependable and my animals just love Shannon! Shannon is punctual and really cares about her pet and house sitting. Trustworthy and one time I had to run out in a hurry and forgot some dishes I had left in the sink...well Shannon being the kind and considerate person that she is took care of them for me. I have known Shannon for about 10 years. Shannon is very loving and takes being a pet caregiver seriously. She loves her dogs and would treat yours the same.
Shannon is very professional and really great with dogs. She seems to be comfortable with extra large and small dogs. My Boston terrier ( Fearghas) is quite a handful . He listened to her more than me ! I have used Shannon's services more than a few times. I trust her and am grateful for her, i don't have to worry about my naughty boy when he's with her.

I've known Shannon for over 20 years and she has raised generations of dogs (and some cats). She has been there for dogs giving birth, medical care for serious injuries, regular medications, routine care, administration of injections, and much much more. Shannon is very protective over her animals to make sure they are not able to wander off or get themselves into trouble. She is a fierce advocate for not only her own pets but anyone else's furry friends she comes in contact with. I highly recommend her whole heartedly. Pets are oftentimes unpredictable by nature and it's a big relief to know that someone with real world experience is there watching out for them.

I am semi retired from the film industry doing occasional freelance work or short term contract jobs. When I accept a pet care booking it is my top priority and I will only take concurrent bookings that maintain our agreed upon routine.
