I am only working about 10-15 hours a week, so I have tons of time to care for pets! I should have time at some point every day to be with the animals!

I will not be taking care of pets in my home, but in a client’s home I would make sure I know where the pet’s food is, where harness and leash is if we’re going for a walk, and other details that are necessary to make sure optimal care is given.

A typical day
I am super high energy myself so I would have no problem playing fun games with the pets, but also if they are feeling more low energy that day, we can just have a more chill time!

Although I haven’t had a dog of my own unfortunately, most of my friends and cousins have dogs so I have learnt how a lot of different dogs are, which makes me more well rounded.

Hello, Shannon took great care of our pet cat for approximately 10 years while she was a teenager. She would feed our cat, give it water, clean out the litter box and play with the cat. We have never owned a dog, but she’s had some experience with taking care of the neighbors’ dog when they’ve gone away for 1-3 days. She will feed the dog and let it out and take it for short walks. We also have several family members that have dogs and Shannon will always pet them and enjoys their company. I believe that Shannon will be a responsible individual in taking care of either a cat or dog.
