Pet care experience
I grew up with dogs and have a mini Aussie/Heeler of my own currently that loves other dogs. I work from home, so I’m able to play throughout the day and take dogs for multiple walks. We are definitely a dog friendly house, so you can rest assured your sweet dog would get a lot of attention and play time. If you want your dog to be well cared for and doted upon, then I’m the pet sitter for you! I will happily send you photo or video updates of your doggo to make your time apart less difficult. I love dogs of all sizes and have experience watching/owning dogs of all sizes.

Shannon was great, sent a lot of pics with updates throughout the day. The girls enjoyed the day and were very relaxed when I picked them up.
Shannon and her husband were terrific with my brand new puppy! They maintained her pit training schedule, the were super flexible with my irregular hours, they had a bunch of friendly critters for my new puppy to socialize with and a very sweet little girl who loved Ruby. The house was immaculate. They were very professional and responsible in all our dealings. I will dedicate use them again. Thanks for taking such great care of our newest addition!
Shannon could not have taken better care of our beagle Lucy! She and her family welcomed Lucy into their home sending several pictures throughout the day. When we picked Lucy up, I wasn't sure she'd want to come home, she was so comfortable there. Shannon made it possible for us to go on a day trip guilt free!
Shannon is our one & only Rover dog sitter for our two family members!!!!!

I have one very friendly dog that weighs about 26 pounds and my house is dog friendly, so your pup can get cozy on the couch if it wants to. We have a lot of dog toys and go for multiple walks each day.

I don’t take aggressive dogs. If your dog destroys things when unattended (sometimes I’m gone for up to 2 hours during the day) I request that you bring a crate for your dog.
A typical day
A typical day includes a morning walk, tossing a ball around outside, playing indoors with toys, an afternoon walk (if the pavement isn’t too hot), more playing at the house, and an evening walk to the park or creek to chase sticks and run around.

I have a flexible schedule and primarily work from home. If I’m gone throughout the day, it’s never more than 2 hours at a time.
