I grew up surrounded by animals of all kinds, raising a calf and kittens from birth and sitting dogs and cats. I later worked on a rescue animal farm, providing all forms of care from horse training to giving the donkeys their medication.

We were leaving our kittens for a week for the first time ever and not once did we worry when Shannon came around to take care of them. Shannon is an animal lover and it shows. Our kitties took a liking to them immediately and we will for sure call on Shannon again in the future for our kitty care! Thanks, Shannon!
My cautious kitty Hank is diabetic and needs insulin injections. I hadn’t felt able to leave him for even one night because of his care needs, but Shannon went out of her way to make sure Hank was comfortable and well cared for during my trip. Hank and I were both nervous, but Shannon was kind, careful, and communicative; I’d definitely trust her to administer his insulin if I go out of town again. Hank and I are so grateful! :-)
Shannon has taken care of my cat several times when I was on vacation and has always been so reliable and flexible. She immediately made friends with my very shy cat, and kept in close touch while I was away. I would book her to take care of my cat again in a second!

As a current UW student, I can work flexibly around my class schedule and am open to last-minute booking as well as most holidays and weekends.
