Pet care experience
I’ve done all sorts of Petsitting jobs for friends and neighbors for years. I’ve watched many different types of dogs with different needs and behaviors, as well as cats! I have my own Cat and Dog; I’ve trained my dog myself since she was a puppy and know the basics and how to encourage good behavior! I owned Budgies/Cockatiels for 8 years and have lots of experience caring and handling birds.

What a caring and loving sitter
Shannon is highly knowledgeable about animal health and care. She has been working on my horse farm for several years now and is exceedingly responsible, reliable, attentive, and easy to work with. I have even hired her to babysit my kid! (So experience with wild animals...HAHA!) She understands animal cues that could indicate distress or injury, exceedingly attentive to details, (which makes all the difference when dealing with animal care!) and always shows up ON TIME (HUGE BONUS!). You won't be disappointed if you hire her.
We've been incredibly fortunate to have Shannon as our pet sitter and dog walker for several years now. She’s truly exceptional. She's consistently reliable, dependable, and completely trustworthy, even for long stretches when we're away for weeks. Shannon is incredibly dog-savvy, always using positive reinforcement, which our dogs respond to wonderfully – they absolutely light up when she arrives and are always excited to see her! We honestly can't say enough positive things about her and highly recommend her without hesitation.
