I am a very patient person when it comes to animals. It’s very important for me that they are comfortable with me, and hopefully do like me though I realize that is not often 100% possible with me being a stranger.

any information on your kitty’s personality would be greatly appreciated! Is he a a little more reserved and would prefer no attempts at interaction? Do they love to play or have a favourite snack or treat? Certain areas I should not try to pet? Can I pick them up?

First course of action would be to find your kitty if they don’t greet me at the door. I’ll make sure they are fed and have fresh water, scoop the litter boxes if needed. If your kitty is the playful type, I’ll spend some time doing that. If they prefer a cuddle, I’m always up for it. If they want absolutely nothing to do with me, that’s cool too. I do want to set eyes on them at least once a visit just to make sure everyone’s ok If I am dropping in while you are away I’ll make sure to check the mail and bring anything inside.

Shannon was so great! We felt so comfortable knowing she was taking care of our sweet boy. She gave us regular updates, shared lots of sweet photos and even let us know that our fire alarm was chirping. With her career experience we felt so comfortable that if anything were to go wrong she would know exactly how to handle the situation. She arrived for the drop ins right on schedule and from the pictures and updates on activity our typically shy boy was very comfortable and happy with her. :) Thanks Shannon!!!
Shannon had clear communication and the cats seem happy! She brought in packages by the front door too!
Shannon was friendly and reliable. She did a great job caring for our cats while we were away, and even check on our house an extra time , early in the morning, when a water sensor went off in our basement. We recently moved to this neighborhood and will definitely use her again! Thank you so much, Shannon.
Shannon looked after my two cats while I was away! She was an excellent communicator, gave fantastic updates, and made sure to get some cute shots of the babies. Would definitely recommend Shannon for any of your babysitting needs.
