Pet care experience
I have taken care of all my family, friends, and neighbors’ pets since I was 13 years old. I have had dogs and cats throughout my entire life. My childhood dog passed away recently and I have greatly missed spending time with dogs. I recently got a puppy (a Boston Terrier) and now he is 8 months old! I have not been on Rover since adopting our new puppy, but I now have time with the summer approaching to resume dog walking!

Shannon has been an absolute lifesaver for us and our rescue dog, Rocky. Rocky is typically a very sweet dog, but he has always been very fearful of new people. From the very beginning, Shannon was patient, calm, and incredibly understanding with him. It’s clear she truly cares about the dogs she works with. Shannon took the time to build trust with Rocky and he is always thrilled to see her.
Shannon is absolutely amazing with animals! She recently watched my energetic dog Scout, and I couldn’t have asked for a better sitter. Scout has tons of energy, but Shannon made sure he had plenty of playtime, stayed active, and most importantly—was always safe, especially on walks. Her attention to his needs made all the difference. She’s also been a huge help to my mom with her foster puppies. From keeping them safe to helping socialize them, Shannon’s love for dogs really shines through. I truly cannot recommend her enough!
Shannon is awesome!! She watched my cat Penelope as I went to my sister’s wedding for the weekend. My cat was feed, hydrated and happy. Penelope seems to miss her still! She meows at the door waiting for her to come back! Thank you soooo much!! Would highly recommend her.
