Hi, I’m Shannon! Animals have been a huge part of my life for as long as I can remember. Living in Copper Mountain, I love taking pups on walks and adventures that keep them happy, healthy, and engaged. Whether it’s a quick drop-in visit, a long mountain walk, or cozy downtime for older pets, I adapt to each pet’s personality and needs. I have hands-on experience with feeding routines, basic medications, and understanding the different needs of high-energy vs. easy-going pets. My goal is to give you peace of mind knowing your pets are in caring, capable hands while you’re away! Above all, I treat every animal like my own, with plenty of love, attention, and reliability you can count on!

I treat your space and pets with the utmost respect, following your instructions carefully to ensure their routine stays consistent. I keep a close eye on pets during visits, making sure they’re comfortable, hydrated and secure at all times. Communication is key, so I provide updates to keep you connected and confident that your pets are in good hands.

Shannon was terrific with our 2 dogs, one of whom doesn’t get around so well anymore. She gave a report after all 3 visits and even stopped by in advance to meet the dogs.

Shannon has gotten to know my dog Max well over the past 5 years at Copper Mountain. She will watch Max occasionally for me and I feel very comfortable knowing he will be well taken care of. Shannon is responsible, reliable and loves animals. :)
Shannon has been taking care of our dog , cat and sometimes our bird for quite a while now. She's dependable, caring and unfazed by the extra needs of an older dog. Don't hesitate in trusting her to take care of your beloved pets.

Shannon is great! She is my next door neighbor and has taken care of my cats - on super short notice - many, many times. Shannon is dependable, a perfectionist and lovely to work with. My favorite part about having Shannon take care of my cats is she proactively checks with me to ensure I arrived home on the day I planned. If you're on the fence, don't worry. Shannon has you covered.

Schedule
My schedule is very flexible! I work in Center VIllage at Copper Mountain, which makes it easy for me to pop by for quick visits during the day, and I’m available for long walks or extended care before and after work. This flexibility allows me to fit pet care seamlessly into my daily routine while giving your pets the time and attention they deserve.

- Before caring for your pet, I like to know as much as possible about their routine and preferences. Please share any important information such as: - Feeding Schedule and dietary restrictions - Any medications or health concerns - Behavioral traits such as shyness or reactivity with other dogs - Favorite activities, toys or comfort items - Your pet’s daily routine and any house rules The more I know, the better I can keep your pet happy, comfortable, and stress-free while you’re away!
