Safety for your beloved pet is always my top priority. I would like to know your pet’s regular routine, if they take any medication, and if any animals in the area might trigger or upset your dog on a walk.

Pet care experience

My family and friends trust and rely on me when they need help with their animals; and I’d like to offer my help to you too. I would love to be your trusted and reliable dog walker. I’ve had dogs my entire life, ranging in size from as large as a 160lb Rottweiler to as small as a 10lb mini-Schnauzer. I love all dogs regardless of their size, age, or breed. When I couldn’t have a dog of my own, I volunteered at the local animal shelter helping the veterinarian on staff with surgeries and post-surgical care, as well as caring for the different animals by cleaning their cages, taking walks, having play time, and giving them baths. My experience also includes giving animals medicine, orally and via injection, plus assisting with special needs during physical therapy. Other loved animals in my life include: horses, cows, goats, chickens, rabbits, and even a dolphin named Storm. I met Storm while doing a college internship at the Orlando Sea World learning how to train dolphins. Interestingly, Sea World requires extensive child psychology studies because that is what is used to train the animals. I use these same skills today in training all my animals: patience, repetition, and positive reinforcement.

Shannon has been nothing short of amazing! She’s so quick to respond and our girl Lola looks forward to her walks with her. I cannot praise Shannon enough for how well she takes care of our baby. With that being said I would recommend Shannon to anyone who’s looking for someone who loves their job and will show endless love to their fur babies! -Tracey
