Shannon H. cancelled a booking 1 day before it was scheduled to begin.

Thanks Shannon for taking care of Zucchini and Champiñon! Shannon’s communication was easy and she responded super fast. While traveling, I want to feel chill and sure that Bebecitos are Ok back home and I always feel this way while they stays at Shannon’s. I’m happy that we found a sitter close to our home for future stays!

Shannon did a great job caring for Remy while I was away on my trip. She kept me updated, checked in, and made the whole process smooth and reassuring. I appreciated her communication and the care she gave Remy during the stay. Thank you again for taking good care of her.

This woman canceled on a confirmed reservation same day when she knew I was flying internationally, because I asked her if she would consider doing a weekly rate. I get being annoyed, but it's just a question and I was respectful about it. When she said no, I was like OK, that's fine, but she was so bent about it that she told me to come pick up my dogs stuff because it wasn't t a fit (we did 3 night board before, and I picked him up in between). Not a happy person and my dog didn't have a good experience. I would recommend other sitters.
