I’m a dog and cat purr-son!
Hi! My name is Shannon and I’ve been around animals my entire life however I have dog and cat sit for many families (and still do!) I love all animals and my family currently has two big Newfoundland dogs, cats, parrots, and a chinchilla! Additionally, I am an active volunteer for an equine sanctuary that provides a safe and soft landing for equines and other animals. There I partake in day to day chores and even enjoy doing some of the medical tasks like medication! I also am a very active individual and go frequent the gym or go on runs often! I think I could be a big asset in giving your fur baby extra care and attention they deserve while you are away! Please note the first meet and greet is always free but anything more will need to be done as a “drop in visit”!

I care for my clients pet best in their own home so it will be less stressful on the animal. I’m willing to do whatever you need to keep your fur baby happy and healthy :) Additionally, I strive to be very clean and will always make sure to clean up after myself (wash dishes, wash bedding I’ve used ect.) I am a non-smoking, quiet, and trustworthy individual.

Shannon is truly one of a kind, and I cannot recommend her enough. From the moment she started caring for my dachshund, Willa, it was clear that this isn’t just a job for her, it’s something she genuinely cares about. Willa can be a little particular (as dachshunds tend to be!), but Shannon has been incredibly patient, attentive, and intuitive with her. She goes above and beyond to make sure Willa is not only safe, but happy, comfortable, and loved. I always get thoughtful updates, photos, and little details that show Shannon is really paying attention to Willa’s personality and needs. What stands out most is the level of trust I feel. Leaving your dog with someone else can be stressful, but with Shannon, I have complete peace of mind. I know Willa is being treated like family, maybe even a little spoiled in the best way. If you’re looking for someone reliable, compassionate, and genuinely amazing with animals, Shannon is it. Willa and I are both so lucky to have found her.
Shannon is a real pleasant person. Baylee and Kitty love her. They are looking forward to our next vacation so they can see her again.
Shannon was very kind. Since I live in a townhouse community and wanted to show Shannon the paths, I stayed for the walk. She listened very intently and made me comfortable about leaving my beloved dog in her care.
I am very happy that we were able to connect and have Shannon watch our girls. Everything went well and you did everything I asked. We will definitely call you again!

Programa
I am currently working a full time job however that job does give me a pretty flexible schedule as I work Monday thru Friday 7am-3pm! If you need me to stay over at your house while you are away this would mean your dog is covered for morning, late afternoon and night! If you just need a pop in or a walk during the week I’m free from 3pm-10pm. Weekends I can absolutely pop in anytime for visits/ walks! If I am house sitting for you, please know that I will also need to be abled to leave for errands or to go to the gym!
