Treats every pet like family
I've been surrounded by animals for as long as I can remember, and caring for them has always been one of my favourite things. Over the years I've looked after dogs and cats of all ages, from playful puppies and kittens to senior pets who need a little extra patience and care. Having grown up with five Huskies, a Labrador, a Yorkshire Terrier, a Corgi and two cats, I'm used to different personalities, energy levels and routines. I've also looked after pets for family and friends, so I know how important it is for owners to feel confident their pets are safe, happy and loved while they're away. I offer house sitting so your pets can stay comfortable in their own home and keep to the routine they're familiar with. Whether they love long walks, playing in the garden, curling up for cuddles or simply having someone nearby, I'll make sure they get the care and attention they deserve. I'll also send plenty of photo and video updates, so you'll always know how they're doing. I care for every pet as if they were my own, and my goal is to make your time away as stress-free as possible for both you and your furry family members.

Safety, trust & environment
I know how important it is for pets to stay in their normal routine, so I'll carefully follow all feeding schedules, walk times, medication and any instructions you leave. I'm happy to care for pets of all ages, from puppies and kittens to senior pets, and I'm comfortable administering medication if needed. Having grown up with both small and large dogs, including Huskies and a Labrador, I'm confident handling larger breeds. The only thing I ask is to be made aware if your dog is reactive or struggles around other animals so I can plan safe walks and avoid unnecessary situations. I'll also happily water plants, bring in post and keep your home clean and tidy while you're away. I won't invite anyone into your home without your permission, and I'll keep you updated with plenty of photos and messages so you always know your pets are happy, safe and well looked after.

Shannon was an absolute dream! I'm always a little unsure when leaving Pix (my cat) because I know he's not always good with strangers and can be a bit of a grump (I have the scars to prove it) but he settled with her very quickly. Shannon would send me daily updates and photos, and I was surprised to see him quietly sitting on her enjoying a fuss... The traitor! Not only did Shannon take excellent care of my pet, she also took excellent care of my home too. The house was definitely tidier than how I left it, everything was clean, beds were made, washing up put away. I took an instant liking to Shannon during our meet and greet, she's a very bright, articulate and responsible young woman with a passion for life, the arts and most importantly animals. I could have chatted with her all day putting the world to rights. I wouldn't hesitate to ask her to look after Pix again, I think he likes her more than me anyway.

Schedule
I'm currently on my university summer break, so I have a very flexible schedule and can dedicate my time to caring for your pets. I'm available throughout the week, including weekends, and I'm more than happy to stay overnight for as many nights as needed. During house sits, I won't make unnecessary plans, so your pets will have plenty of company, attention and care. I'll always make their routine my priority and make sure they feel comfortable and settled while you're away.
