I was a receptionist for a dog training school for a bit, so I learned the basics of socialization, dog behavior, and puppy safety. I had dogs growing up and am now a proud, loving owner of my tuxedo cat, Boo Radley. I will love and treat your pets like my own. I have experience watching, walking, and bathing dogs, cats, and farm animals. I also clip my cats toe nails. I have loved animals for as long as I remember and am so excited to make some new fury friends!

I am loving, but firm. I can easily crate. I alway allow dogs to gain my trust before I expect anything of them. I don't mind the wet slobbery kisses, but am willing to gently discipline based on personal rules for your pet. I love animals more than people most of the time and am very detail oriented, so if you leave me a list of yours and your pets needs I will follow it closely. I am also experienced with the warning signs of stress in animals which helps me understand and respond to certain situations quickly.

Shannon did a great job communicating with me and keeping me updated with pictures. She also did great with making Romeo feel comfortable with her.
Shannon was so wonderful. I'm so happy we found her. She actually managed to interact with two of our cats who always hide from new people! She played with our boys and made sure they were well fed and stimulated while we were gone.
Shannon was awesome! It was our first time using Rover & we weren't sure what to expect. We received so many pictures, videos & great notes. Moose, our kitty, was showered in love & so well taken care of. Would definitely recommend and we plan to use Shannon again.

It was my first time to use Rover app and I am happy with result! Shannon took care of my cat with drop-in visits for 8 days. I did all communications with her via Rover chat. Also she provided for me daily reports with attached pictures. Shannon followed all my requests and instructions. Overall it was great experience and I already know who will take care of my lovely cat during my next trip!

I am working Monday-Friday from about 8:30am-2pm, so if your animals can be alone for that long I would love to hangout with them. I can provide long walks, playtime, stimulation time, and potty breaks throughout the day. I will clean up on bodily accidents and have experience administering oral medication for cats and dogs.
