Shannon was very comfortable with allowing my dog around her house and on the furniture (which is my dog's favorite spot to sleep). She also had a dog of her own to keep my dog company while they were home together or out on walks! Jillian loves being around other pets and I will definitely be reaching out to Shannon next time I need someone to board my dog for a few days!

Shannon did a superb job watching our standard poodle Charlie for the day. She is a true animal lover, extremely conscientious, and he was extremely happy in her care. We look forward to booking her again when in the Plattsburgh area and recommend her wholeheartedly!

Shannon was a wonderful dog sitter for our Portuguese Water Dog, Kizi. Shannon was energetic and very competent. Her photos showed how relaxed and happy Kizi was during her stay. We will be sure to contact Shannon again when we need a dog sitter when we are in Plattsburgh.

Guaranteed playtime & lots of love!

I am currently a college student who has a strong passion for animals! My career aspiration is to be a Canine Rehabilitation Therapist so that I can live my dream of working with dogs every day and helping them return to a normal life. I work at a dog daycare that has taught me a lot about understanding dog behavior and language. The knowledge I have picked up there has no doubt made me a ...

What Shannon would like to know about your dog

For any dogs coming to my home I would love to set up one or a few Meet & Greets on neutral territory to make sure they can get along. I would like to know how your dog behaves with other dogs and cats (how they play, can they get defensive or aggressive in any way, etc.) as well as any habits the dog has (chewing stuff, sneaking bites of food, etc.). If I'm dropping in to walk a dog I would like to know how they act when passing people or other dogs and how you would like me to respond.
