My cats had the absolute best time while I was away, and I had daily peace of mind and entertainment from Shannon's beautiful photos, videos and updates. Shannon came over and met my cats, Kali and Muffin, before I left. I knew from the moment they all met that all would be well! Shannon has a true and deep love and empathy for animals, and they can feel it! My cats were instantly best friends. Shannon gave beautiful, detailed updates twice a day, as well as photos and videos of their food, cuddles and playtime. She also paid such close and caring detail to their preferences and really knew their favourite foods, games and snuggles before she left. She was always on time, always cheerful, always professional and the place was immaculate when I returned. Thank you Shannon! :D
