I closely follow feeding instructions, routines, and any special care requirements. I have children but they are calm and used to growing up with pets. My goal is always to make pets feel safe, comfortable, and well cared for.

This includes feeding schedules, medication, anxiety triggers, leash manners, or how your dog does with other pets. My preference is for dogs that are friendly, manageable on leash, and comfortable and calm in a home environment.

A typical day includes plenty of physical and mental stimulation. We’ll play interactive games and go on walks to explore new smells around my neighborhood. I balance activity with rest time so pets stay happy, calm, and comfortable.

I’ve had pets for as long as I can remember, and caring for animals has always been a natural part of my life. Over the years, neighbors and friends have consistently trusted me to watch their pets, whether for daycare or extended stays. I have experience caring for multiple 8 week old puppies who need structure and patience, as well as pets who require a gentle approach and extra attention. I focus on maintaining routines, noticing behavior changes, and creating a calm, safe environment so pets feel comfortable and secure while their owners are away.

Shannon is exceptional!! Our pup loves being with her and her family and she's always well taken care of. Shannon sent photos and videos and we can tell that our girl loves her (ears back, smiley face, stubby Frenchie tail wagging). Shannon is a great communicator, organized, friendly, accommodating, and overall, just wonderful!! Thank you Shannon, for taking such good care of our girl again. We had no worries at all on our trip!! We appreciate you! :)
Our Cavachon, Marco stayed 1 week with Shannon for the first time. It was a very positive experience. We received daily photos and videos that made us feel comfortable and not worry about him. He was very well taken care of. We will definitely use her services again in the future!
Shannon was great and attentive! She sent daily videos of the dog, and allowed my nervous dog to move at her own pace until she was ready to open up!
My dog stayed with Shannon for a week, and I couldn't have been happier with the experience. Shannon was friendly, responsive, and provided daily photo and video updates, which gave me great peace of mind while I was away. Shannon was also very accommodating with the pick-up time which I really appreciated. I think my dog enjoyed his little own "vacation" too!
