I've taken care of dogs and cats for over 30 years. I have attended many training classes with my dogs so I may learn new positive techniques along with my pups. I am skilled in administering medication with raising dogs and cats with special needs over the years. I left a corporate environment to spend my days doing what I enjoy most, caring for cats and dogs. Our home has always included rescue dogs and cats. The home would have a void without them. I believe in positive reinforcement only. Lots of walks with dogs to explore new areas. Kitties receive playtime also (if they like). I will keep your loved one in the comfort of their home. We'll have lots of playtime and time to relax and rest. I will do everything possible to provide you with peace of mind that you need while you are away.

I let the furbaby set the tone with his/her comfort level. Once trust has been established we play and snuggle before I leave. It is important that they feel calm and comfortable before I leave. I will stay longer if it takes additional time to do so.

Shannon was awesome! I came home and my house was neat, trash and recycling had been taken out. The cats were happy (or as happy as cats are when they have a sitter and can' go outside). Shannon sent great communication and pictures. Definitely recommend Shannon! And will book her again.

Shannon is literally the best! She watched my not so friendly kitty cat for a month during the holidays. She always made sure to send me updates and pics during every check in. 10/10 recommend using her!

Schedule
I am a full-time pet Caregiver. I have a German Shepherd who generally goes everywhere with me. We walk for miles on the Greenline. I pick a different areas for our walks as not to get bored with the same sights and smells. Walking the same path day after day for your furba ies is to us reading the same newspaper fay after day.
