Our Goldendoodle is more excited when she sees Shannon than when we get back from a weekend away. She is a sweet and kind person and we have no worries when she is taking care of our pup.

Instead of I asking questions, Shannon asked me a slew of things, such as playing, walks, what triggers my pets, their sleeping habits, food and meals, whether there are any medications, and their veterinarian. She was very knowledgeable about their body language and behaviors; she was empathetic and absolutely outstanding in caring for my pets. She doesn't just walk a dog; she gives them an experience by going at their pace, which is exactly what I was looking for. She showed quality in what my animals enjoyed. She educated me on plants that are poisonous to pets and pleasantly surprised me when she suggested a reflective harness for morning and evening walks. My pets were so happy when she cared for them. I would highly recommend Shannon!
