I'll treat your pup as my own 💖
I moved to a pet-less house and miss having furry friends around! I grew up with dogs and owned a dog in a previous relationship. We got him as a puppy and took him to obedience courses, including a course for reactive dogs. I also provided senior dog care for a previous roommate and overnight care for many friends and family members. I absolutely love dogs and would be honored to care for your pup.

I understand it can be difficult to leave your pet in someone else's care. I will strive to carefully follow directions, listen to your pup's needs, and do all I can to make them feel comfortable. My main reason for joining Rover is to connect with animals, so my priority is to provide excellent care.

Working with Shannon has been an excellent experience. Her approach to making sure we were a right fit (2 greyhounds) for house sitting was very much appreciated. Her attention to detail, providing me updates while away and being overall attentive to the dogs’ needs was top notch.
Shannon took good care of our anxious pup, came back to a relaxed dog and a tidy house.
Shannon was very communicative, clean, and treated my dog and home very well. Would love to have her again!
Shannon watched our dogs for the first time last weekend on short notice and she was wonderful! Incredibly responsive, sent pictures of our doggies, and took them on walks and frequently let them out. Will definitely rely on her again soon!
Shannon spent some time watching Rosemary she was so kind and sweet with her sending updates all the time and making sure her every need was met. We came home to a kitty that acted as if we never left. 10/10

Schedule
I work full-time on a hybrid schedule (generally at home M/W/F, in office Tues/Thurs). For house-sitting jobs, I may need to be away for up to 6 hrs depending on my Tues/Thurs schedule. Apart from that, I can accomodate most scheduling requests. POLICIES: - Meet & greets are required with any new dog I'll be caring for. - I don't accept bookings more than 4 months in advance. - Generally, my max house stay is 14 days.
