I have dog sat for friends and family for about 20 years. All ages and sizes. I got my own dog about 2 years ago and am interested in getting another dog but would like to see if I can handle more than one. I love being outside and playing with my dog any chance I get. I would love to do the same for other dogs that need attention while their family is away. My dog is very friendly and loves other dogs. We go on daily walks and I try to take him to the dog park three times a week. He is a very active dog so that helps me stay active as well. Its important to keep them out of trouble.

Shannon took care of both of our dogs for an entire week, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience! She followed every instruction we left and gave our dogs so much love and attention while we were away. Her communication was outstanding from our very first interview all the way through the end of the stay. She sent us regular updates along with lots of pictures and videos, which gave us so much peace of mind and made it easy to see how happy and well cared for our pups were. It's clear that Shannon genuinely loves animals and takes great pride in what she does. We would absolutely trust her with our dogs again and will definitely be using her the next time we need a pet sitter. We highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable, caring, and professional pet sitter!
Great communications and my dog was well loved!
I was truly impressed by how our 1yr old mini dachshund who hasn't been around strangers a lot actually warmed up to her in the span of 7 hours. We didn't have much instructions to leave as Carl doesn't really require much effort to care for. Our only concern was that Carl might be anxious the whole time and may not try to socialize. She walked him around the neighborhood multiple times and reassured that she's chill. Towards the end, he ended up being cuddly and even slept laying down on her lap. It was so cute. We were so proud of Carl. All thanks to Shannon! <3

Shannon is a wonderful pet sitter! And seems to be a very nice person, too. Both of our pets - friendly dog and cantankerous cat - seemed to really take to Shannon. She kept in good contact with notes, photos and videos. We will certainly ask Shannon to care for our pets again.
Shannon was an awesome companion for my pal Griffey! When I returned home from a long weekend, the place looked like she had never even been there and Griffey looked like I had just returned home from a regular day at work. It was clear she was super attentive to him, took him for plenty of walks, shared his favorite toys, and gave him an adequate amount of treats;). Most importantly, she was able to give him his seizure medication every 12 hours, which isn't a given for everyone. Communication was reliable and easy with her. Best of all, I found a great friend for Griffey in kind of a pinch, before a holiday weekend. Setting up terms, then a time to meet, and then hiring her couldn't have been easier or an easier decision. I will certainly try to connect her and Griffey again in the future, if she's not fully booked:) Big thanks Shannon!

A typical day
I go for a walk every night and try to take my own dog to the dog park at least 3 times a week. I love doing anything outdoors and would make sure the dogs are along for the fun.
