Shannon was excellent. She very responsive and accommodating. She provided hourly updates with pictures. I woukd recommend her to anyone.
Shannon took great care of my kitties and went above a beyond when there was a small ant infestation in their automatic feeder! She sent great photos and updates so I didn't have to worry or wonder how they were doing when I was away. And they seemed to really connect with her, she is definitely a cat person :) I'll be re-booking for my next out of town trip and would highly recommend!
We’re so grateful Shannon could watch Laika while we went to the Greenbriar bunker tour. Shannon was available on short notice to take our girl for a couple hours’ daycare, and Laika got to have a much nicer time getting pets and a playdate at Shannon’s than she would have waiting in a hotel room. Would work with Shannon again!
Shannon has watched our cats multiple times and always does an amazing job. She’s reliable, communicative, and clearly cares about our pets, which gives us so much peace of mind whenever we’re away. Our cats are always happy, well cared for, and comfortable when we come home, and Shannon consistently goes above and beyond to make sure everything is taken care of. It’s such a relief knowing we can count on someone so trustworthy and attentive. We highly recommend Shannon to anyone looking for a dependable and caring pet sitter!
