Shannen hosted our dog for a week while we were on vacation. She did a great job communicating and letting us know how he was doing. As it turned out, our dog exhibited some anxiety from being away from home. Shannen handled it all with ease and professionalism. We would use her again.
Shannen was amazing. She took care of our cat while we were on vacation. She is responsive and responsible all the time. We’ll definitely work with her in future.
As a first time user with Rover, I am super satisfied with my dog's first boarding. Shannen regularly sent pictures of my dog, let me know how my dog was doing, and gave my dog so much love! Will definitely be booking with Shannen again and 10/10 recommend her to watch over your pet!
Shannen is an absolute pleasure to deal with all around! She provided pictures, and videos throughout the entire time I was gone on business. Pancho loves shannen and gets SOO excited every time he knows he's going over there. I can't recommend her enough. 10/10
Shannen has been watching our dogs for over ten years and she is such a joy! First, Tucker a Bernese Mountain dog and currently Cooper our Labradoodle. Both of our dogs adore her! She is very gentle and aware of their personality, I highly recommend her!
